Amtrak is looking for an experienced Food Specialist to join our team and help us provide our customers with the highest quality of onboard dining.As a Food Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the onboard food service operations. You will be responsible for ensuring food safety compliance and upholding the highest standards of food quality. You will also provide direction, supervision and training to the onboard staff while ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in food service operations and a solid understanding of food safety regulations. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. You must also be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
