
HR Data Analyst
Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to anticipate and provide solutions and guidance to resolve business workforce needs. Provide subject matter expertise regarding data and organizational maintenance, HR personnel requests. Process transactions, such as new hires, transfers, salary changes, terminations, progressions, etc. Perform pre and post processing validation and auditing to ensure accuracy of submitted requests and system data updates. Troubleshoots and resolve issues to ensure quality assurance and data integrity. Leveraged to support the testing of human resources information systems, upgrades, and/or new functionality to validate usability and configuration accuracy. Develops and maintains documentation of processes keeping all procedures current. Anticipates roadblocks and take steps to remove them proactively. Assist with additional job duties and projects as directed by leadership
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and systems.
