Train Attendent

Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 6 months’ customer service experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions• Ability to work in demanding environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Working knowledge of basic computer operations and applications• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
