Retail Stores - Inventory Associate

Aritzia is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our retail stores team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us and who will take ownership of the inventory management process.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience within a retail store environment. Experience with inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service are a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and track inventory levels in retail stores.
2. Receive, store, and distribute merchandise in a timely manner.
3. Monitor stock levels and ensure items are in the correct locations.
4. Ensure accuracy in updating inventory records.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
6. Assist with processing incoming and outgoing orders.
7. Identify, suggest, and implement improvements in inventory management processes.
8. Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
9. Create and maintain accurate records using inventory management systems.
10. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports and effectively communicate findings.
