Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Service Advisor to join our team at Aritzia and help us provide exceptional customer service experiences for our shoppers. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing advice and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.This role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be an integral part of our team, and you must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service experiences for Aritzia shoppers.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries and resolve customer issues.
  3. Provide advice and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Work in a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  5. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
  6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a polite and effective manner.
  7. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and demands.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Assist with other tasks as necessary.
