Job Description

Aritzia is looking for a Service Advisor with retail experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing an unparalleled shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. You should also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain excellent customer service standards and provide an unparalleled shopping experience.
  2. Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  3. Exercise strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage customer service flow.
  4. Work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
  6. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  7. Effectively use retail software to process customer orders and payments.
  8. Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest product information to accurately answer customer inquiries.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures.
