The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, creative individual with a natural ability to connect with people and help them find the perfect look.As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience, working with customers to identify their fashion needs and helping them select merchandise that meets their needs. You will build relationships with customers and remain up-to-date on trends, current fashion, and Aritzia products.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong customer-service focus, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of style. Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus. You should also be highly organized with great multitasking abilities. Responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience by engaging with customers and helping them find the perfect look.
2. Identify customer fashion needs and help them select merchandise that meets their needs.
3. Build relationships with customers and stay up-to-date on trends, current fashion, and Aritzia products.
4. Possess a strong customer-service focus, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of style.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends.
7. Assist with the daily operations of the store, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and organizing merchandise.
8. Follow all Aritzia policies and procedures.
9. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
10. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Stylist in Winnipeg, MB, Canada is $17.50 to $22.50 per hour. This range also includes gratuity, which is a common practice in the salon industry. Additionally, Stylists may be eligible for commissions on products and services sold.
