
Arthrex Experience Marketing Specialist
Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to support the needs of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), agency personnel, and internal stakeholders and teams across the company. Partnering with Organizational Change Management (OCM), create connections between the Arthrex Experience (AX) and Employee Experience (EX), advocating and creating improved strategies, communication and visibility in order to align with the Arthrex culture. Manage and coordinate the development and execution of various high profile, customer-facing newsletters. Support and implement improvements to the customer journey across every touch point, identifying opportunities and creating marketing and communication strategies to address these. Represent the face of the customer, establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians.
2 years in a marketing, corporate communications or public relations role (agency or in-house) required
2 years of writing experience (preferably a mix of journalism and marketing) required
2 years of experience interacting with HCPs preferred
Medical device industry experience preferred
