Production Coordinator - Packaging

Check materials (lot, PN and Qty.) prior to production use and request additional material as needed to avoid production downtime. Verify and complete assigned portions of device history record and enter transactions in SAP accurately. With input from the Packaging Supervisors, drive training, work order documentation control, Line separation & clearance for Clean Room Assembler, Packaging Machine Operator, and Senior Packaging-Machine Operator. Review and verify blister and pouch sealer set up, ensure accuracy of burst test form completion and ensure all forms are printed directly from MQ1. Ensure line personnel are following assembly by instructing first piece assembly, follow 1-piece flow and performing work to Line setup cards, when available. Ensure proper utilization of manpower for continuous flow manufacturing on the production line.
