
Director of Customer Experience Design
As Arvest Bank’s Director of Customer Experience Design, you’ll be responsible for the overall customer experience across our digital and physical channels. You’ll ensure our customers have the best possible experience when interacting with our products and services. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be driven by a desire to continually enhance the customer experience.We’re looking for a creative problem solver who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders to design and implement customer-centric strategies. You’ll be expected to be an effective communicator, both written and verbally, who can build relationships and trust with senior stakeholders.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in customer experience design, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, and a proven track record of designing successful customer experience strategies.
