Finance and Business Analyst

As a Finance and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial and business analysis to ensure the success of our customers and our business.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of three years of experience in finance and/or business analysis. You must also possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting is also preferred.We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial and business analysis to ensure the success of Arvest Bank customers and business
2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting models to support decision-making
3. Analyze financial data and create reports based on findings
4. Monitor and track financial performance and identify areas of improvement
5. Analyze market trends and make recommendations on potential investments
6. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations
7. Support the development of budgeting and cost-saving measures
8. Prepare presentations and presentations for senior management
9. Monitor and assess financial risk and recommend strategies to mitigate potential losses
10. Provide support and guidance to customers in regards to financial and business decisions
