
Live ATM Customer Experience Specialist
Arvest Bank is looking for a dynamic and innovative Live ATM Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! We need an individual who is committed to providing the best customer service to our clients and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to think on their feet and a passion for customer service. They should also be knowledgeable about Arvest Bank and the services that we offer. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with courteous and professional customer service.
- Educate customers on Arvest Bank products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all customer transactions are accurate and completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Arvest Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to management.
