- Develop and implement security protocols and best practices for software development processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify potential security vulnerabilities and provide solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and security events to identify and respond to potential threats.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
- Conduct security reviews and audits of existing systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain automated security tests and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the company's security measures are up-to-date.
- Provide guidance and training to development teams on secure coding practices.
- Participate in incident response and recovery efforts.
- Implement security controls and measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with external security teams and vendors to address security vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Communicate and report security risks and issues to upper management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of the company's software development processes.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Maintain and update documentation related to security processes and procedures.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Devops Principles And Practices, With A Focus On Security Integration And Automation.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws Or Azure, And Experience With Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Tools Like Terraform Or Cloudformation.
Proficiency In Scripting And Programming Languages, Including Python, Bash, And Javascript, To Develop And Maintain Security Controls And Tools.
Familiarity With Security Frameworks And Compliance Standards, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Pci Dss, And Experience Implementing Security Controls In A Devops Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Development, Operations, And Security Teams To Promote A Culture Of Security Awareness And Continuous Improvement.
