  1. Manage procurement process: The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from sourcing materials to negotiating prices and finalizing contracts.
  2. Maintain relationships with suppliers: This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.
  3. Monitor inventory levels: The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that we have an adequate supply of materials to meet production demands.
  4. Conduct market research: This position requires conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and availability of materials to make informed procurement decisions.
  5. Ensure quality and cost efficiency: The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and cost efficiency of materials by conducting quality checks and negotiating favorable prices with suppliers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices, Sourcing Strategies, And Contract Negotiations

  • Experience With Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Procurement Processes And Cost Savings
