  1. Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers.
  2. Serve as a mentor and provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
  3. Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary training and development programs.
  4. Develop and maintain a positive and customer-focused culture within the store.
  5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products for customers.
  9. Create and review reports to track customer service metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate expectations and goals and provide updates on company initiatives.
  11. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new customer service team members.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to make recommendations for improving the customer experience.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures and ensure team members are also adhering to them.
  14. Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  15. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
