  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet/exceed sales targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Monitor and track sales performance using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to upper management.
  6. Train and onboard new sales associates, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to be successful in their roles.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and techniques.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop effective sales strategies and promotions.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships.
