Installation Technician

AT&T is seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for customer service. The Installation Technician is responsible for the installation of AT&T products and services. This individual will be responsible for providing customer service, troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns, and providing technical support to customers. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role. Knowledge of AT&T products and services, and familiarity with installation and troubleshooting techniques is a plus. The candidate must also possess a valid driver’s license. We are looking for a professional individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and must be customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
