Installation Technician

We are looking for a talented and experienced Installation Technician to join the AT&T Team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing a variety of telecommunication and networking equipment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer service experience. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for technology, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, then we want to hear from you!Qualifications: • Minimum of two years of experience in installation, testing, and repairing telecommunication and networking equipment • Working knowledge of installation and repair of HFC, FTTP, and wireless networks • Experience with customer service and troubleshooting • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or equivalent required
