Installation Technician

We at AT&T are looking for an Installation Technician with a passion for customer service and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the installation process and be able to think critically and work with the customer to ensure a successful installation.The Installation Technician is responsible for the installation of AT&T equipment and services in customer locations. This includes setting up customer equipment, configuring technical settings, and providing customer education. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and have excellent customer service skills.We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in installation services, strong technical and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. The candidate must also have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will also be comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment.
