As the lead, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our advertising strategies to reach a mass audience through digital channels.   1. Develop and execute advertising strategies to effectively reach a mass audience through digital channels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall business goals.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and inform advertising strategies.
  4. Manage and oversee the creation of digital advertising campaigns, including ad copy, design, and targeting.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital advertising to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  7. Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful advertising campaigns.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of advertising professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on advertising campaign performance and ROI.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage advertising budgets.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all advertising efforts.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting AT&T's advertising initiatives and successes.
  13. Drive innovation and experimentation in advertising techniques and strategies to keep up with emerging trends and technologies.
  14. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers to expand the reach and impact of advertising efforts.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for AT&T, consistently upholding and promoting the company's values and messaging in all advertising efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Mass And Digital Advertising: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Both Traditional And Digital Advertising, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Campaigns Across Various Platforms.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Lead In The Advertising Department, This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Provide Direction, Guidance, And Support To Team Members. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role And Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Deep Understanding Of The Advertising Industry: Knowledge Of Current Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Advertising Techniques Is Essential To Excel In This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Advertising Industry, Including Its Challenges And Opportunities.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking: In The Fast-Paced World Of Advertising, The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Decisions Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Use Data To Drive Effective Advertising Strategies.
