  1. Develop and implement performance testing strategy for various projects and technologies within the organization.
  2. Lead and manage performance testing activities, including planning, design, execution, and reporting.
  3. Utilize expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies to design and execute performance tests.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, providing recommendations for optimization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing.
  7. Mentor and train team members on performance testing techniques and tools.
  8. Communicate performance testing results and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement in performance testing processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with performance testing standards and guidelines.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in performance testing.
  12. Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  13. Work closely with developers, architects, and other team members to ensure performance requirements are met.
  14. Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select performance testing tools and technologies.
  15. Provide guidance and support to other team members on performance testing-related issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Performance Testing: The Ideal Candidate For The Lead Performance Test Architect Role At At&T Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Performance Testing, Particularly In Large-Scale Enterprise Environments.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Performance Testing Tools Such As Loadrunner, Jmeter, And Gatling. They Should Also Have Expertise In Scripting Languages Like Java, Python, And Javascript.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Lead Performance Test Architect Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Performance Test Engineers And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed With Industry Best Practices In Performance Testing, Including Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Ensuring That At&T's Performance Testing Processes Are Efficient And Effective.
