- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect AT&T's digital assets and customer information.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and incidents to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure AT&T's security measures are effective and in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security gaps in systems, networks, and applications.
- Perform regular security audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees to promote awareness and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on cybersecurity matters.
- Prepare and present reports on the status of AT&T's cybersecurity measures to senior management.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for proactive measures to prevent them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to cybersecurity.
- Work closely with external security partners and vendors to assess and improve the overall security posture of AT&T.
- Participate in incident response and disaster recovery efforts as needed.
- Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines for reference and audit purposes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AT&T's cybersecurity program to meet evolving business needs and emerging threats.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Certification.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Preferably With A Focus On Network Security.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices, Such As Nist And Iso.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team Environment.
