As a Staffing Specialist, you will create and administer staffing initiatives, monitor and report on staffing metrics, and ensure compliance with federal and state hiring laws.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting. They will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
