Contracts Manager
Manage the contractual components of the proposal process from start to finish. Plans, develops, and supports both small procurements and highly complex cost proposals and cost volume preparation. Review and negotiate Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other legal documents as required. Coordinates with Corporate Legal. Provides contract and subcontract management and administration across a portfolio of programs and vertical market segments. Review subcontracts for prime contract compliance. Coordinate with Program Operations and Finance for contract setup and structure. Develop SOPs for integration of strategic contract requirements into the production process and monitor compliance.
Minimum of 10 years related experience in contract administration
Contracts/Program certifications; CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, PgMP a plus
Industry experience in Construction, Remediation, Emergency Response Services a plus
