We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team and help us build and maintain long-term relationships with our key enterprise clients. As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention within your assigned accounts, while also serving as a strategic advisor and advocate for our products and services.   1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on the use and benefits of our products and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze account metrics, identifying trends and proactively addressing any potential issues or concerns.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform account strategies and recommendations.
  8. Act as an advocate for clients within the company, effectively communicating their needs and feedback to internal teams.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support new customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and interactions in CRM system.
  11. Travel to client sites as needed to foster in-person relationships and attend industry events and conferences.
  12. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  13. Represent Atlassian in a professional and positive manner at all times, reinforcing our brand and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Global Accounts: A Successful Candidate For The Global Account Manager Role At Atlassian Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Large, Global Accounts In A B2B Environment. This Experience Should Include Successfully Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Driving Growth And Revenue, And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Satisfaction.

  • Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Software: Atlassian's Products And Services Are Primarily Targeted Towards Enterprise Customers, And As Such, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Software Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of The Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management Methodologies, And Collaboration Tools Commonly Used In Large Organizations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Global Account Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are A Must. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As The Ability To Adapt Communication Styles To Different Cultures.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Global Account Manager Role At Atlassian Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Growth Within Existing Accounts. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Navigate Complex Client Relationships And Challenges.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Working With Global Accounts Often Means Having To Adjust To Different Time Zones, Cultural Norms, And Business Practices. A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Be Flexible And Adaptable, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Also Be Open To Travel, As The Role May Require Frequent Visits To Clients' Locations.
