Job Description

As a Group Manager of Cloud SMB Support at Atlassian, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support agents and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be a strategic leader, able to develop and implement plans to support and improve the customer experience.To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong people manager, able to motivate, mentor and coach your team to provide top-notch customer service. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with our customers, colleagues and partners.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service expert who is passionate about driving customer success and ensuring Atlassian customers receive the best possible support experience.
