At Aviva, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help us grow our business and take it to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international insurance provider and work with an innovative team.The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the insurance industry, the ability to analyze and strategize new business opportunities, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should have a passion for developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.If you're a motivated individual with a drive to succeed, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Strategize and develop effective business plans for growth.
  4. Gather and analyze data to support business decisions.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations on business performance.
  6. Provide advice and support to clients on insurance policies and services.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.
  8. Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations accordingly.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
