As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating insurance claims, determining coverage, and settling claims in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and assess liability

• Investigate and analyze insurance claims to determine validity and recommend settlements • Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties • Prepare and present reports on claims investigations • Manage and maintain claims files • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures • Communicate with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and other parties involved in claims • Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Monitor and track claim payments and reserves • Participate in training and continuing education initiatives to stay current on industry developments
