Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Case Management Or Community Outreach.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Needs And Ability To Develop Effective Strategies For Achieving Positive Outcomes.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Populations.
