  1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, team-building activities, and holiday parties.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and develop event strategies that align with company goals.
  3. Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality events.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
  5. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  6. Foster relationships with key partners and external vendors to enhance event experience and negotiate favorable terms.
  7. Develop event themes, agendas, and content in collaboration with internal teams.
  8. Oversee event registration and attendee management, including communication and follow-up.
  9. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, transportation, and accommodations.
  10. Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
  11. Communicate event details and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  12. Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the planning and execution of events.
  13. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning to enhance the overall event experience.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve event processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Corporate Events Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Liaise With Various Stakeholders And Vendors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large Scale Corporate Events, From Concept To Completion.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Event Planning Software And Tools, Such As Eventbrite, Cvent, And Project Management Platforms.
