As a Data Analyst at Aviva, you must have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working with large amounts of data. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills, be capable of working independently and have a strong understanding of the data analytics process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with experience in data analysis. Responsibilities: • Collect, organize, analyze and interpret large amounts of data • Monitor data trends and create reports to support key business decisions • Develop and maintain data models to support data-driven decision making • Develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper data usage • Identify areas of improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting • Develop and implement strategies to improve data accuracy and integrity • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and identify patterns • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the team • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in data analytics
