  1. Develop and implement competitive and innovative reward strategies for the executive team at Aviva.
  2. Design and manage executive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to ensure Aviva's executive compensation remains competitive and attractive.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to understand business needs and develop tailored rewards solutions for executives.
  5. Conduct regular benchmarking analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of Aviva's executive reward programs.
  6. Provide expert guidance and advice to senior leadership on executive compensation, including base salary, bonus, equity, and long-term incentives.
  7. Manage the annual executive compensation review process, including performance assessments and bonus calculations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation.
  9. Work closely with external consultants and vendors to ensure Aviva's executive reward programs are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive team members and HR business partners.
  11. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to Aviva's executive reward programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
  12. Represent Aviva in external forums and events related to executive compensation and benefits.
  13. Lead and manage a team of compensation professionals to ensure the successful implementation and execution of executive reward programs.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on executive compensation and provide guidance and support to other HR team members.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Aviva by playing a critical role in attracting and retaining top executive talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Executive Compensation And Benefits, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Developing And Implementing Executive Compensation Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Executive Compensation, Including Tax And Accounting Implications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Senior Executives And Stakeholders.
