Aviva is looking for an experienced, collaborative and highly-motivated Operations Manager to join our team. We are a rapidly growing financial services provider and are looking for someone who has the drive and ambition to help us continue to expand. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an operations role, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies.The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a creative problem-solver and have the ability to think strategically and develop solutions. They must also be highly proficient in using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Further, the Operations Manager must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.If you have the desired qualifications and are passionate about driving business growth, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth -Manage daily operations and ensure processes are running smoothly -Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and ensure deadlines are met -Analyze data and create reports to present to senior management -Evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement -Work closely with other departments to ensure operational objectives are met -Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication -Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and risks -Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws -Maintain and update software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive -Manage budgets and develop cost-effective solutions to maximize resources -Provide guidance and leadership to team members to ensure high performance standards
