  1. Develop and maintain schedules for various departments and teams within Aviva, taking into consideration business needs, staff availability, and customer demand.
  2. Utilize forecasting techniques to accurately predict customer demand and staff availability, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient operations.
  3. Analyze data and trends to identify potential scheduling and forecasting issues, and proactively make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to understand their unique scheduling and forecasting needs, and provide customized solutions.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to scheduling and forecasting, and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in scheduling and forecasting techniques, and make recommendations for implementation at Aviva.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on scheduling and forecasting, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling or forecasting issues that may arise, ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer service.
  9. Implement and maintain scheduling and forecasting software and tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in the scheduling process.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization in the scheduling and forecasting process.
  11. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and understanding of scheduling and forecasting processes and decisions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory guidelines, in all scheduling and forecasting activities.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the scheduling and forecasting process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data related to scheduling and forecasting.
