  1. Develop and implement effective cyber security strategies and protocols to protect Aviva's assets and data.
  2. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and remediate any security gaps.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and tools and incorporate them into our existing security measures.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and documenting findings.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber security, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  10. Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with external parties, such as law enforcement, if necessary.
  11. Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  12. Continuously monitor and enhance our security posture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting security reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  14. Mentor and train junior members of the cyber security team.
  15. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on cyber security trends and share knowledge with the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Field Of Cyber Security, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Mitigating Cyber Threats.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices, Including Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Proficiency In Conducting Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, And Risk Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Other Security Technologies.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Provide Recommendations For Remediation And Improvement.
