  1. Lead and mentor a team of designers in creating visually stunning and engaging video and motion content for the Aviva brand.
  2. Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts that align with Aviva's brand image and messaging.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful design work.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video and motion design, and use this knowledge to continuously elevate and innovate Aviva's visual content.
  5. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Provide guidance and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  7. Oversee the entire video and motion design process, from concept development to final production and delivery.
  8. Work closely with external vendors and freelancers to ensure the quality and consistency of all video and motion design projects.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create engaging and effective video and motion design campaigns.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality design solutions.
  11. Ensure all video and motion design work aligns with Aviva's brand guidelines and standards.
  12. Monitor and analyze the performance of video and motion design content, and use this data to inform future design decisions and strategies.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize Aviva's video and motion design processes and workflows.
  14. Represent Aviva's video and motion design team in meetings, presentations, and other company-wide initiatives.
  15. Uphold a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and teamwork among the design team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Video And Motion Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, And Cinema 4D.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Principles, Typography, And Animation Techniques.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Designers And Animators.
