Biocomputing and Biomedical Research Intern
Our research interests mainly focus on applying advanced AI technologies in RNA/protein structure prediction and sequence design, and their application in medical field, such as vaccine optimization and drug design. This intern position will conduct research on AI-powered drug discovery, a hot research topic in biocomputing and AI fields. Conduct scientific research to design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms and models for AI-powered drug discovery. Prepare presentations and technical paper drafts to demonstrate research findings and experimental results. Collaborate with other researchers for related projects and tasks.
PhD candidate in computer science, biocomputing, biomedical, or a related field.
Solid foundation in computer science and strong skills in algorithms and coding
Prefer a 4th or 5th year PhD student.
At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in deep learning.
Hands-on experience in AI drug discovery.
