
Institutional Equity Sales
Work in a client-first, team environment with a primary focus on building prospective and maintaining current client relationships. Build long term client partnerships by understanding client objectives to create customized advice for investment ideas. Drive greater client interactions by marketing Baird resources (research insights, analyst connections, and corporate introductions). Proactive collaboration across the team and department to continue growing the business with an entrepreneurial approach. Internal teamwork across Equities, i.e. Trading, Research, Corporate Access, Investment Banking. Travel several times per month to client locations, hosting client meetings and client entertainment.
Series 7 and 66 are a plus or will be required within the first six months after start date
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision and positive approach
A minimum two (2) years of experience in a professional industry
