Director Financial Planning & Analysis

Coordinate with finance peers and divisional leadership to ensure the timely and accurate completion of forecasts and actual results reporting. Create best-in-class financial infrastructure, including forecasting, budgeting and KPI analysis. Advise senior management on critical decision-making, including revenue and cost recommendations to maximize value. Partner with all department heads to collect necessary inputs and provide financial guidance, including setting key financial targets. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes. Direct the consolidation and analysis of divisional financial reports. Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in sales efforts, new product development and operational performance. Oversee the development of financial modeling and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
