  1. Work closely with patients and healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy for endocrine disorders.
  2. Conduct medication therapy management and provide recommendations for individualized treatment plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree From An Accredited University.

  • Valid And Current Pharmacist License In The State Of Kentucky.

  • Completion Of A Clinical Pharmacy Residency Program, Preferably With A Focus On Endocrinology.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Managing Medications For Endocrine Disorders, Such As Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, And Hormonal Imbalances.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Educate Patients On Their Medication Therapies.
