Job Description

Baptist Health (Kentucky) is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and coordination for clinical operations in our organization. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights. To be successful in this role, you must be a team player and have a strong commitment to the values and mission of Baptist Health. The required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field, a minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, and experience working with electronic health records systems. In addition, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate clinical operations by monitoring patient care and providing assistance to clinical staff.
  2. Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to improve the delivery of care.
  3. Ensure timely and effective delivery of patient care.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical and administrative staff.
  5. Manage and maintain electronic health records systems.
  6. Monitor patient care to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Manage patient flow and scheduling.
  8. Provide support to clinical staff by addressing questions or concerns.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
