- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Progressive Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Diverse Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures That Align With Organizational Goals And Values.
