- Conduct financial analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to assess the financial health of our hospitals, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage financial operations: Oversee the financial operations of our hospitals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with hospital leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide support and guidance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising the quality of patient care.
- Develop financial strategies: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall financial performance.
- Monitor financial performance: Track key financial metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the financial performance of the hospitals.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hospital Financial Operations, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Budgeting, And Cost Analysis.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Financial Reporting, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel And Financial Software.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid Reimbursement.
