  1. Conduct financial analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to assess the financial health of our hospitals, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  2. Manage financial operations: Oversee the financial operations of our hospitals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with hospital leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide support and guidance.
  4. Identify cost-saving opportunities: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising the quality of patient care.
  5. Develop financial strategies: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall financial performance.
  6. Monitor financial performance: Track key financial metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the financial performance of the hospitals.
  7. Forecast financial outcomes: Use financial data and trends to forecast the financial outcomes of different scenarios and provide recommendations for mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the healthcare industry, especially related to healthcare finance, and use this knowledge to inform financial strategies and decisions.
  9. Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare finance regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  10. Support organizational goals: Work closely with other departments to support the achievement of organizational goals and initiatives, and collaborate on cross-functional projects as needed.
  11. Train and mentor staff: Train and mentor junior financial analysts and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hospital Financial Operations, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Budgeting, And Cost Analysis.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Financial Reporting, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel And Financial Software.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid Reimbursement.
