Job Description

Are you an experienced marketing leader looking to join a team at the forefront of healthcare in the state of Kentucky? Baptist Health is currently seeking an outstanding Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in Louisville. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, design and execute marketing campaigns, and build relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.We are looking for an individual who has a passion for healthcare marketing and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of marketing experience, ideally in a healthcare setting, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and campaigns. The successful candidate must also demonstrate an ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to challenging marketing problems.If you are a strategic, creative and experienced marketing leader looking to make a real impact on a growing healthcare organization, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives and design and execute marketing campaigns to meet organizational goals.
  2. Develop and execute creative marketing solutions to challenging problems.
  3. Manage cross-functional teams and campaigns.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  5. Analyze data and performance of marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and suggest changes.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to marketing initiatives.
  7. Ensure marketing initiatives are in line with the organization’s brand values and messaging.
  8. Develop strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
  10. Develop and implement plans to increase brand awareness and recognition.
