  1. Schedule appointments for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients regarding appointments and services.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  4. Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and provide necessary information.
  5. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  6. Utilize electronic medical records to accurately schedule and update patient appointments.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of appointments.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the patient experience.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on changes and advancements in the healthcare industry.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of Baptist Health's services and offerings to effectively assist patients.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
  13. Prioritize and manage a high volume of incoming calls and appointments.
  14. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, effectively communicating any necessary information.
  15. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the call center.
