Job Description

At Baptist Health (Kentucky), we are seeking a MyChart Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our patients. This position requires an individual who is passionate about customer service and technology and who is willing to go the extra mile to provide an excellent service experience for our patients. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of customer service experience, and experience working with electronic health records systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize. Additionally, the successful candidate must be a team player and have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is eager to work in the healthcare field and is looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to patients over the phone and via email.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions.
  3. Assist patients in navigating and using the MyChart system.
  4. Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
  5. Educate patients on the features and benefits of using MyChart.
  6. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
  7. Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with services provided.
  8. Work with other departments to ensure patient needs are met.
  9. Follow established guidelines and procedures.
  10. Monitor performance of MyChart system.
