Job Description

At Baptist Health (Kentucky), we are looking for an experienced and certified Paramedic to join our Ambulance Service team. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving assistance to patients.
  2. Utilize appropriate medical treatments based on the patient’s condition.
  3. Monitor and assess the patient’s condition and provide regular updates to medical staff.
  4. Ensure the ambulance teams are adequately prepared for each call.
  5. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.
  7. Follow hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  9. Remain current on industry standards, trends, and best practices.
  10. Participate in regular training and professional development activities.
