Job Description

We’re looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Patient Care Technician to join our team at Baptist Health (Kentucky). In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care services, performing medical and administrative duties, and assisting with patient education and support.We’re looking for a candidate with exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive patient care services to patients of Baptist Health (Kentucky) • Perform medical and administrative duties, such as taking vital signs, collecting patient samples, and entering information into patient records • Assist with patient education and support, including providing emotional support and answering questions • Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful and challenging situations • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Keep abreast of new developments in the medical field and stay up-to-date with changes in clinical procedures • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Perform other duties as assigned
