Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients in accordance with safety and legal regulations.
- Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing.
- Provide patient education and support related to the blood-drawing process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and other customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all specimens collected.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines as outlined by the facility.
- Ensure accuracy of all blood-drawing processes.
- Report any problems, concerns, or medical errors to the appropriate personnel.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills
