Job Description

Baptist Health is looking for an experienced and compassionate Physician - Primary Care to join our team in Kentucky. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered, comprehensive healthcare to a diverse population of patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity in all areas of patient care. Required Qualifications: • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree • Board Certification in Primary Care • Unrestricted Kentucky medical license • DEA registration • Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare standards and practices • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Commitment to patient safety and patient-centered care • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive healthcare to a diverse population of patients. • Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity in all areas of patient care. • Remain up-to-date on current healthcare standards and practices. • Use excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills when interacting with patients and other healthcare professionals. • Ensure patient safety and patient-centered care are maintained at all times. • Utilize electronic medical records systems to accurately document patient care. • Work collaboratively in a team environment. • Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
